APMP化机浆蒸发系统结垢分析及处理

摘要 新型化机浆黑液细小纤维多、BOD_5高,在现行环保要求下难以直接生化处理。化机浆黑液的蒸发系统蒸发、锅炉焚烧回收流程已经实际运行,但是蒸发系统罐中的特殊结垢会严重影响蒸发效率。通过对某APMP工厂回收线蒸发系统罐中的结垢进行分析,发现垢样是以细小纤维为主和以草酸钙结晶为主的两种不同类型的沉积和结垢,并结合实际应用分别进行针对性的工艺优化调整,同时探讨并应用清洗和抑制的针对性操作,从而有效减少和降低结垢对蒸发的影响。 Eff luent of modern chemical-mechanical pulping contents fine fibers and high BOD5 value which makes it difficult and not cost effective to be treated under normal bio-chemical process.Recovery system with evaporation and boilers is in practical use now,but the scaling problem in evaporation system seriously affects the evaporation efficiency.Analysis of scales from one APMP shows that the scale mainly contents fine fiber scale and oxalate scale.Optimization of process conditions and equipment were applied and also dedicated cleaning methods together with anti-scale control is applied.The effect of scaling problem to evaporation is minimized.
