体外冲击波与脉冲短波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的对照研究

Comparison of the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and pulsed ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis

目的探讨体外冲击波与脉冲短波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法符合诊断标准的60例原发性肱骨外上髁炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用脉冲短波治疗,分别于治疗前后采用活动痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分法)和压痛记分法进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果两组治疗前后VAS评分和压痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),以治疗组更好(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和86.67%(P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果良好,优于脉冲短波疗法,且具有简便易行、取效迅速、疗程短等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and pulsed ultrashort wave therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods Sixty patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the control group received pulsed ultrashort wave therapy.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and the scales for sign were evaluated before and after treatment.The clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score and the scales for sign in two groups before and after treatment had significant differences(P<0.01).The total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 96.67%and 86.67%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy has good effect in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis,and it has advantages of simple application,short treatment course,which is worth using in clinical treatment.
