颈前路减压并后纵韧带切除治疗外伤性颈椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着人们户外活动频繁,外伤病人越来越多,外伤性颈椎间盘突出症也越来越常见[1],此类患者多数需要手术治疗。我院自2010年6月至2015年5月共收治此类患者34例,均行颈前路减压植骨加钛板内固定术,并对术中随机切除或保留后纵韧带两组进行对比分析,观察其疗效。
