马克思主义人才观是马克思主义关于人才问题的根本观点。在马克思主义人才观中,人才本质观处于最基础的地位,是对人才进行科学定义的基本前提。目前,关于人才本质、人才定义的认识还不尽一致。从本质上看,人才是进步性与突出性的统一。

Marxist Talent View is the basic theory about talent people in Marxism,as this theory pointed out,we can give out a comprehensive definition about gifted person only by figure out what are the essential characters of a talent.There is no universal agreement on the definition and essential characters of talent people by now.In this article,the author argues that the essential characters of a talent person contains progressiveness and saliency.
