西藏农村劳动力转移意愿及影响因素分析

An Analysis of Rural Labor Force Migration Willingness and Its Influential Factors in Tibet

劳动力转移是我国当前民生领域研究的热点问题之一。基于拉萨、山南、日喀则、林芝、昌都5个市53个行政村的447户村民的实地调查,选用Logistic模型,从个体特征、家庭特征、农业特征、政策特征四个维度,对西藏农村劳动力转移意愿进行实证分析。在所调查的样本中,大部分表示愿意转移。进一步研究发现,性别、年龄、汉语水平、劳动力人数、家庭年收入、耕地面积、农作物种类、农作物用途、政府补贴的重要性9个变量对西藏农村劳动力转移意愿有显著性影响;文化程度、家庭人口数、政府补贴数额3个变量对其没有影响或影响很小。通过深入分析,找出影响农村劳动力转移意愿的限制性因素,为进一步有效转移农村劳动力提供必要政策建议。

The labor migration is one of the focus issues in the field of people’s livelihood in China.Based on panel data constructed by 53 administrative villages of 447 villagers in Lhasa,Shigatse,Linzhi Shannan,Changdu.Four migration willingness related elements,individual characteristics,family characteristics,agricultural characteristics and policy characteristics have been examined by using logistic model.The results shows 70.47%of respondents expressed willingness to migrate,and the rest of respondents had no intention to migrate.Gender,age,mandarin level,labor force amount,family income,cultivated area crop species,crop uses,and the importance of government subsidies that have significant influence on the willingness of rural labor migration.Education level,family population and the amount of government subsidies have little or no effect on them.
