Exploration of Family Doctors in Dafeng District by Signing Contracted Service to Achieve Multi-win-win Situation

目的:通过对大丰区家庭医生签约服务现状、主要做法、推进措施进行调查分析,总结经验,向全国农村地区推广。方法:访谈法、现场调查。结果:家庭医生签约服务切实可行,医改落地、成效明显、赢得民心、政府满意。结论:在政府主导下,家庭医生签约服务是解决村医工作待遇和农民健康服务需求之间矛盾的很好方式。

Objectives:Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation,main practice and promotion measures of the contracted service of family doctors in Dafeng district,to summarize the experience and extend the contract service of family doctors to the rural areas of China.Methods:Interview and site investigation were used.Results:Family doctors'contracted service is feasible and effective.The health reform has achieved obvious results,won the hearts of the people and the government is satisfied.Conclusion:Under the guidance of the government,the family doctor's contract service is a good way to solve the contradiction between the treatment of village doctor and the demand of the farmer's health service.
