高校餐厨废弃物处理分析——以南京某高校为视角

Analysis of university kitchen waste disposal-A view from Nanjing university

餐厨废弃物的有效处理向来是一个难题,作为餐厨废弃物重要组成部分之一的高校食堂餐厨废弃物的有效处理对于解决上述难题具有重要意义。然而在这方面,我们高校现有的处理方式还存在一些值得进一步改进和完善的地方。本文以所在学校为例,通过对当前食堂餐厨废弃物现状和处理方式的分析,以及借鉴国外发达国家在处理餐厨废弃物方面的有效经验,提出一些新的应对措施,以期对有效处理高校餐厨废弃物有所裨益。

The effective treatment of kitchen waste has always been a difficult problem,as an important part of the effective treatment of kitchen waste in the cafeteria kitchen waste for solving the above problems of great significance.However,in this regard,the way we deal with the existing there is still further improved and perfected.This paper takes school as an example and through the analysis of the current situation and the cafeteria kitchen waste treatment methods,and draw lessons from foreign developed countries in terms of the effective experience of food waste,and puts forward some new measures,in order to benefit the effective treatment of the kitchen waste.
