对长江经济带流域环境中生态补偿机制构建探讨

Discussion on the construction of ecological compensation mechanism in the valley environment of the Yangtze River economic belt

在国家"一带一路"战略指引下,加强长江流域生态安全建设,推动我国长江经济带建设,在区域及国家"五位一体"布局中具有重要引擎作用。本文分别基于国家战略、多渠道融资、技术标准和法律法规几个视角,提出构建长江经济带流域生态补偿机制的具体建议。

Under the guidance of the national strategy of“Belt and Road”,strengthening the ecological security in the Yangtze River Basin and promoting the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in our country have an important engine in the regional and national“five in one”layout.Based on the national strategy,multi-channel financing,technical standards and laws and regulations,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on constructing ecological compensation mechanism in the Yangtze River economic belt.
