摘要
根据国家对突发环境事件应急处置的要求,本文结合实际现场应急监测的现状和存在问题,利用互联网等技术手段,在突发环境事件应急指挥系统中,加强应急监测中单兵系统的使用效率。在现场视频、音频无线传输和通讯系统的配置和研发提出建议。
According to the requirements of the state for the emergency disposal of sudden environmental incidents and the current situation and existing problems of actual on-site emergency monitoring,the use of the Internet and other technical means is used in emergency command systems for emergency environmental incidents to enhance the use of single-armed systems in emergency monitoring effectiveness.Make recommendations on the configuration and development of live video,audio wireless transmission and communication systems.
