延边地区中老年青光眼患者生活质量、社会支持、应对方式现状及相关性分析

The Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Glaucoma in Yanbian:Quality of Life,Social Support and Coping Style and Their Correlations

为了解延边地区中老年青光眼患者的生存质量、社会支持及应对方式的现状,并进一步分析患者的生存质量、社会支持与应对方式之间的相关性,采用便利抽样方法,选取延边地区中老年青光眼患者414人实施问卷调查并分析。研究发现,延边地区中老年青光眼患者的生存质量水平为91.0±22.15分,社会支持水平为29.4±5.37分,应对方式水平为49.3±4.06分;生存质量与社会支持存在显著性的中等程度正相关(r=0.596,P<0.001),生活质量与应对方式之间具有显著性的负性弱相关(r=-0.209,P<0.001),社会支持与应对方式具有显著性的中等强度负相关(r=-0.414,P<0.001)。结果表明,延边地区青光眼患者的生活质量、社会支持及应对方式有密切相关,应加强社会支持程度和积极的应对方式,从而提高其生活质量。

The purpose of the study was to gain an insight into the quality of life,social support and coping style of middle-aged and elderly patients with Glaucoma in Yanbian and their correlations.414 middle-aged and elderly patients were investigated by Convenience sampling.The level of quality of life was 19.0±22.15,social support was 29.4±5.37,and coping style was 49.3±4.06.Statistical significance were indicated in the correlation between quality of life and social support(r=0.596,P<0.001),quality of life and coping style(r=-0.209,P<0.001),social support and coping style(r=-0.414,P<0.001).The quality of life,social support and coping style of middle-aged and elderly patients in Yanbian were closely.It’s necessary to enhance the level of social support and coping style to improve the quality of life of glaucoma patients.
