与经济发展相协同的地方高校专业结构优化——以辽东学院为例

How Local Colleges and Universities Coordinately Optimize Specialty Structure and Serve Economic Development: A Case Study of Eastern Liaoning University

专业结构优化是地方高校转型发展的重要内容,也是适应国家和地区经济社会发展的需要。本文以新建本科院校辽东学院为例,探索这类高校与县域经济发展的融合,复合型专业和特色专业的建构,以及人才培养与经济服务的对接,为多科性新建本科院校拓展办学方向和生存空间提供了实践尝试,提出了高校转型发展中专业结构优化与经济服务协同的发展路径。

Specialty structure optimization is an important task in the transformation development of local colleges and universities.It is also demanded by the national and regional social and economic development.In this study,by taking Eastern Liaoning University as an example,the author discusses how colleges and universities of this kind integrate with county economic development,build interdisciplinary specialties and curriculum and establish specialties aiming to serve the county economy.Some advice about how newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities with multidisciplinary specialties expand educational orientation and living space is given.
