How to Promote Postgraduate's Core Competitiveness of Employment

随着我国经济发展进入新常态,经济增速放缓,提供的就业新岗位减少,加之研究生招生规模的不断扩大,相应的岗位增幅低于研究生毕业生人数的增长,研究生毕业生就业难问题越来越突出。本文从增强研究生就业核心竞争力的意义入手,分析研究生缺乏核心竞争力的原因,并提出加强重视程度、完善培养方案、树立正确就业观念及加强职业规划、增强软硬实力、掌握就业技能等策略提升研究生就业核心竞争力。

As the economic development of our country enters new normal,the employment of postgraduates become more and more difficult for fewer posts caused by the the slowing-down economic growth and the increasing expansion of postgraduate enrollment.The growth of posts is lower than that of postgraduate students.In this study,the significance of enhancing postgraduate’s core competitiveness of employment was introduced.Besides,the reasons for the lack of core competitiveness of postgraduates were discussed.Finally,some strategies to enhance the postgraduate’s core competitiveness of employment such as improving training programs,establishing correct employment concept,strengthening career planning,enhancing the soft and hard strength and acquiring employment skills have been put forward.
