摘要
利用自制的水性化纤维素树脂和铝粉制备水性纤维素铝粉涂料,通过动电位极化试验,研究了铝粉添加量和水性化纤维素对其在冷轧钢板上防腐性能的影响;通过对涂层自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度的分析,讨论了涂层的防腐蚀机理。结果表明,不同的铝粉添加量对水性纤维素铝粉涂料产生的防腐蚀效果不相同,在一定添加范围内,添加30%的铝粉,自腐蚀电位最高,同时自腐蚀电流密度最低,防腐蚀性能最好,腐蚀机理也随着铝粉添加量由金属铁的腐蚀转变为铝的腐蚀。
The waterborne cellulose aluminum powder coating was prepared by self-made water-based cellulose grafted acrylic resin and aluminum powder.The effects of the amount o f the aluminum powder and the water-based cellulose grafted acryilc resin on corrosion resistance of the coating on cold-rolled setle were tested by potentiodynamic polarization.The free corrosion potential and corrosion current density were calculated to diusscs the anti-corrosion mechanism of the coating.The results showe d that the corrosion resistance of the as-prepared coating vari ewsith the different amount of the aluminum powder.Within a certai n range,the coating had the lowest corrosion current density an d the highest free corrosion potential when the amount of aluminum powder was 30%.With the addition of aluminum powder,the corrosion mechanism was also changed from the corrosion of ir otno aluminum.
