摘要 通过液压驱动,人们可以控制离心铸造机的进给,而可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术可有效提升生产效率和铸件质量,优化设计离心铸造机电液压系统。应用计算机控制技术和PID控制方法,按照离心铸造机液压控制需求,人们可以对离心铸造机液压控制系统进行优化设计。详细介绍了该系统的优化设计和主要功能模块,并分析了离心铸造机的工作原理,确保液压系统在浇铸过程中达到最佳控制效果。 Through hydraulic drive,people can control the feed of centrifugal casting machine,while programmable logic controller(PLC)technology can effectively improve production efficiency and casting quality,and optimize the design of eltercohydraulic system for centrifugal casting.Applying computer cotnrol technology and PID control method,according to the hydraulic control demand of centrifugal casting machine,people can optizme the hydraulic control system of centrifugal casting machine.The optimization design and main functional modules of the system rea introduced in detail,and the working principle of the centrigfaul casting machine is analyzed,so as to ensure that the hydrauli c system achieves the best control effect in the casting process
