摘要
圆柱形橡胶弹簧适合应用在单向阀中。结合实际的工况需求进行优化设计,可以优化实际运行中的振动问题,解决装配体尺寸链的补偿。生产实践表明,设备振动噪音降低超过30%,同时产品的生产效率提高,生产成本下降。
A cylindrical rubber spring is suitable for application in a one-way valve.In this paper,the vibration opbrlem in the actual operation is optimized,and the compensation ofh et assembly size chain is solved.The production practice shows that the vibration noise of the equipment is reduced by more atnh 30%,the production efficiency of the product is improved,antdh e production cost is reduced.
