摘要
基于对鼓式制动器的力学性能分析,完成了对鼓式制动器执行部件和支撑部件的结构设计和材料选择。其中,力学性能分析从制动器在正常工作中的压力分布和制动力矩两个方向展开,而结构设计与材料选择则在制动鼓、制动蹄、及支撑部件中展开。两者紧密联系,使零部件的强度、刚度等属性实现参数的最大化,充分保证了鼓式制动器的安全性和实用性。
Based on the mechanical performance analysis of drum brakes,the structural design and material selection of th e actuator and support parts of the drum brakes are completed.The mechanical analysis was carried out from the brake pressure a nbdrake torque in the normal work of the two directions,and the strucrte design and material selection is also carried out in the brakder um,brake shoe,and the supporting member,to maximize the two cleolsy related parts of the strength and stiffness properties of thaer apmeters,fully guaranteed the drum brake safety and practicality
