摘要
通过三维设计软件进行建模设计,以某钢厂内80吨转炉作为蓝本,设计出新炉、老炉、炉口存在结渣的老炉三种模型,计算分析其处于不同倾动角度下的倾动力矩与重心,得出转炉倾动力矩计算公式,并使用全正力矩原则对其进行可行性验证,证明该公式符合现实转炉运行规律,为80吨转炉改造提出可行性分析,供日后的80吨转炉生产设计参考。
Modeling design through 3D design software,taking a steel 80 ton converter as the blueprint,design a ne w furnace,furnace,furnace slag in old old furnace three modeltso calculate the tilting torque in different gravity and tiltingn gale of the converter,the torque calculation formula,and use of the feasibility of full moment principle,to prove that the formu lcaan meet the reality of converter operation rules,80 tons of conrvteer transformation to propose the feasibility analysis,provide a reference for the design of 80 tons of converter production dafyter.
