摘要
以年产40万吨60%硝酸项目为背景,依据该项目所提出的分散式控制、集中管理和操作等控制要求,以节能降耗和降低人工劳动强度为最终控制目标,设计了一套满足氨氧化法生产硝酸过程中典型控制的全自动化控制系统。该控制系统是在艾默生Delta V系统的基础上研发的。因此,针对建峰40万吨硝酸装置DCS系统的硬件配置及功能应用实例进行详细的阐述。
With an annual output of 400 thousand tons of 60%nitric acid as the background,on the basis of decentralized control,centralized management and operation control of the project requirements proposed,to save energy and reduce labor intensity for the final control target,we designed a fully automated control system of typical control a suit of ammonia oxidation in the process of production of nitric acid.The control system was developed on the basis of the Emerson Delta V system.In this paper,the hardware configuration and functional application examples of the DCS system for the 400 thousand ton nitric acid plant of Jianfeng are described in detail.
