浅谈核电站一回路压力管道焊缝射线检测技术

摘要 核电站一回路压力管道是连接一回路主设备的重要管道,是冷却剂的循环通道,需要满足高温、高压、耐腐蚀的工作环境要求。其一般采用奥氏体不锈钢材料制造,也有用铜管、低合金钢内堆焊不锈钢的方式制成。因此,对一回路压力管道的检测尤为重要,介绍了射线检测技术在一回路压力管道奥氏体不锈钢焊缝中的应用。 The primary loop pressure pipe of nuclear powe r plant is an important pipeline connecting the main equipments of the primary circuit,and is the circulation channel of coonlta.It needs to meet the working environment requirements of high temperature,high pressure and corrosion resistance.It is uslulay made of austenitic stainless steel and is also made of stainsl essteel in copper pipe and low alloy steel.Therefore,it is very impotr tatno detect the pressure piping in the primary circuit.This paper introdeusc the application of the radiographic testing technology to the austenit ic stainless steel weld in the primary loop pressure pipe.
