摘要 近年来,中国制造已逐步被中国创造所取代,也是产业升级换代的时代要求,数控加工是智能制造的核心之一,依托珠三角地区先进的制造业,佛山市顺德区胡宝星职业技术学校(以下简称"我校")模具制造技术专业发展得非常快,是广东省重点建设专业,拥有30多台先进的数控机床,设备价值3000多万元,引产入教,开办了校内模具加工厂,通过模具加工,快速提高了师生的数控加工技术水平。基于多年的引产入教,以下以深腔模具为例分析零件的加工工艺过程,阐述深腔模具数控加工时的精度控制方法。 In recent years China manufacturing has gradually been replaced by China creation,is the upgrade of the industrial era,NC machining is one of the core of intelleingt manufacturing,relying on advanced manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta region,our professional mold manufacturnig technology development is very fast,is the Guangdong provinc e key construction professionals,with more than 30 sets of advcaend CNC machine tool equipment,the value of about 30000000 yuan,induction into the church,opened the school through the mol d factory,mold processing,rapid improve the level of NC machinngi technology of teachers and students.Based on years of induction teaching,taking the deep cavity mold as an example,the procseisng technology of parts is analyzed,and the accuracy control metdh ofor NC machining of deep cavity mold is expounded.
