球面蜗杆加工及其工艺分析

摘要 在当前工业生产实践中,球面传动装置的前期制造难度较大,加工工艺相对复杂,对装配技术有较高要求。因此,必须借助于专用设备与工艺技术加工制造球面传动装置,以保证螺杆节距精度符合设计要求,为传动装置发热状态下的传动效率奠定可靠基础。现阶段,有关球面传动装置的加工工艺已经日趋成熟,同时考虑到专用机床设备的价格昂贵,成本高,各方研究开始尝试探索在普通机床上完成球面传动副加工的关键工艺技术。基于此,以球面蜗杆为例,针对球面蜗杆加工工艺中的关键步骤与技术要点展开分析,以供参考。 In the current industrial production practice,th e manufacture of spherical transmission is difficult,and the processin g technology is relatively complex,which requires higher assembly technology.Therefore,we must make use of special equipment and process technology to manufacture spherical transmission devi,c eso as to ensure the accuracy of screw pitch meets the design requireenmts,and lay a reliable foundation for the transmission efficiencyf othe transmission device under the heating state.At present,the processing technology of spherical transmission is becoming more and mor e mature.At the same time,considering the high cost and high scto of special machine tools,all parties begin to try to explorhee tkey technology of machining spherical transmission pair on general machine tools.This article is an attempt to take spherical mw oars an example to analyze the key steps and technical points in thec hmianing process of spherical worm,and pay attention to it.
