摘要 炮泥性能对高炉顺行具有重要作用,改变炮泥成分,炮泥性能也发生改变。本文综述了炮泥成分对其性能影响的研究现状。结果发现:含铝骨料和粉料可提高炮泥的耐火度,刚玉起到了骨架作用,粉料可提高炮泥的密度;Si4N3和SiC加入炮泥中可提高炮泥抗渣铁侵蚀性能,同时Si4N3的加入使炮泥的气孔率增加;焦炭和含碳结合剂加入炮泥可形成碳结合相,提高炮泥的强度,同时结合剂可改善炮泥的可塑性。 The performance of the stemming has an important effect on the operating smoothly of the blast furnace.If the composition of the stemming is changed,the performance of the stemming will be also changed.The research status of the effects of stemming components on its performance was discussed.The result show that the fire resistance of the stemming can be improved by adding aluminum-bearing aggregate and powder.Corundum plays a role as skeleton in the stemming,the density of the stemming can be improved by adding powder,and the corrosion resistance of stemming can be improved by adding Si4N3 and SiC to the stemming.At the same time,the porosity of the stemming can be increased by adding Si4N3.A carbon binding phase can form and the strength of the stemming can be improved by adding coke and carbon-containing binding agents to the stemming.At the same time,the plasticity of the stemming can be improved by adding the binder.
