倒角结晶器连铸板坯裂纹机理及保护渣的优化设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决铸坯角部横裂纹,设计开发倒角结晶器,但同时出现了边部纵裂纹问题,且钢种不同出现的几率不同。该项研究通过对倒角铸坯出现边部纵裂纹的原因进行分析,针对不同钢种选择不同理化指标的结晶器保护渣,并对保护渣的理化性能进行优化,边部纵裂纹最终得到控制。 In order to solve the slab corner transverse cracks,the mold with chamfered corners was designed,but it was easy to appear longitudinal edge cracks,and the odds were different with different grades.The causes of longitudinal edge cracks of slab with chamfered corners were analyzed.In view of the different selection of mold flux with different physicochemical indexes,the physical and chemical properties of the mold flux were optimized.Finally,the longitudinal edge cracks have been controlled.
