摘要
在高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器结构中,需要测量14根上升管冷氦气的流量。因为冷氦气作为一种保护气,需要进行精确测量流量大小,以便使蒸汽发生器安全的工作。由于被测量的氦气属于紊流,一般的流量计达不到测量的精度要求。为此,介绍了一般气体的计量、弯管流量计的工作原理以及弯管流量计的测量优势等问题,表述了弯管流量计在测量上升管流量中的精确性、可靠性,对以后精确性计量问题提供了参考。
In the steam generator of high temperature gas cooled reactor,it is necessary to measure the flow rate of cold helium in 14 risers.Since cold helium is used as a protective gas,accurate measurement of the flow rate is required to guarantee the safety of steam generator safe.Since the measured helium belongs to turbulence,the general flow meter can not meet the requirement of measurement accuracy.The measurement of general gas,the working principle of elbow flow meter and the advantages of measuring flow of elbow flow meter are introduced.The accuracy and reliability of the elbow flow meter in measuring the flow of the rising pipe are described,which provides a reference for the accuracy measurement in the future.
