基层医院呼吸内科医院感染的预防与控制

Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection in the Department of Respiration Medicine in the Primary Hospitals

目的分析和研究基层医院呼吸内科医院感染的预防和控制措施及效果。方法该院呼吸内科在2016年5月—2017年4月期间加强医院感染预防与控制,并从中选取135例患者作为研究对象,设为研究组,选取该院呼吸内科在2015年5月—2016年4月期间的工作作为参照组,在这期间共收治128例患者,观察和统计在加强院内感染预防与控制前后患者院内感染的发生率。结果参照组患者的院内感染发生率为10.16%,研究组患者的院内感染发生率为2.22%,由此可以看出,研究组患者的院内感染发生率要显著低于参照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院呼吸内科中加强医院感染预防与控制,能够有效降低患者院内感染的发生几率,有助于提高患者的治疗及预后效果,在临床中值得推广。

Objective To analyze and research the prevention and control measures of hospital infection in the department of respiration medicine in the primary hospitals.Methods The hospital infection prevention and control was enhanced in our department from May 2016 to April 2017,and 135 cases of patients were selected as the research group,and 128 cases of patients in our department from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the control group,and the incidence rate of hospital infection before and after the hospital infection prevention and control were observed and counted.Results The incidence rate of hospital infection in the control group and in the research group was respectively 10.16%and 2.22%,and the incidence rate of hospital infection in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The enhancement of hospital infection prevention and control in the department of respiration medicine in our hospital can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of hospital infection and improve the treatment and prognosis effects,and it is worth clinical promotion
