梗阻性肾积水肾功能运用彩色多普勒超声和核素肾动态显像法评估的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析彩色多普勒超声与核素肾动态显像法评估梗阻性肾积水肾功能上的运用价值。方法随机抽取该院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的单侧梗阻性重度或中度肾积水患者60例作为该次研究对象,根据60例患者肾穿刺造瘘后24 h内引流量是否超过200 m L将60例患者均分为肾积水有功能组和肾积水无功能组。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测定两组患者的肾内血流阻力指数(RI),随后采用核素肾动态显像法测定患者的肾小球滤过率(GFR),将两组患者的肾内血流阻力指数(RI),肾小球滤过率(GFR)相比较。结果两组患者的肾内血流阻力指数(RI)与肾小球滤过率(GFR)数据分析比较,肾积水有功能组患者和肾积水无功能组患者的肾内血流阻力指数(RI)分别为(0.85±0.05)、(0.74±0.08),肾小球滤过率(GFR)分别为(8.93±6.32)m L/min和(23.9±11.8)m L/min,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断肾内血流阻力指数(RI)可在临床作为无创、多功能性诊断单侧梗阻性重度或中度肾积水肾功能的辅助参考标准。 Objective To analyze the application value of Color Doppler ultrasound and radionuclide renal dynamic imaging in evaluating the obstructive renal fluid renal function.Methods 60 cases of patients with single obstructivesevere or moderate hydronephrosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the hydronephrosis functional group and hydronephrosis non-functional group according to the drainage in 24 h after the renal puncture stoma was more than 200 mL or not,and the RI of the two groups was tested by the color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus,and the RI and GFR were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison showed that the RI and GFR in the hydronephrosis functional group and hydronephrosis non-functional group were respectively(0.85±0.05),(0.74±0.08)and(8.93±6.32)mL/min,(23.9±11.8)mL/min,and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of RI can be used as the adjunctive reference for clinical noninvasive and multi-functional diagnosis of single obstructive severe or moderate hydronephrosis renal function.
