替硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Tinidazole Combined with Clindamycin in Treatment of Bacterial Vaginitis

目的研究探讨替硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月该院细菌性阴道炎患者80例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,两组都为40例,其中对照组采用替硝唑进行治疗,观察组采取替硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后细菌的清除率、不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组采取替硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗,观察组的有效率为92.5%,对照组的有效率为80.0%,疗效优于对照组,(χ2=9.125,P=0.043)细菌的清除率高于对照组(97.5%vs 87.5%,χ2=6.255,P<0.05),不良反应发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.273,P=0.025)。结论对于细菌性阴道炎的患者,采取替硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗,疗效显著,可以有效清除致病菌,减少不良反应的发生,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。

Objective To research and study the curative effect of tinidazole combined with clindamycin in treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with bacterial vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected for research and discussion,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each,the control group were treated with tinidazole,while the observation group were treated with tinidazole combined with clindamycin,and the treatment effect and clearance rate of bacteria and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(92.5%vs 80.0%)(χ2=9.125,P=0.043),and the clearance rate of bacteria was higher than that in the control group(97.5%vs 87.5%,χ2=6.255,P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(5.0%vs 20.0%),and the differences were obvious,with statistical significance(χ2=2.273,P=0.025).Conclusion The curative effect of tinidazole combined with clindamycin in treatment of bacterial vaginitis is obvious,which can effectively clear the pathological bacteria,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and it is worth application in the treatment course.
