肺结核患者综合护理干预研究

Research on General Nursing Intervention in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨对肺结核患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月灌云县人民医院感染科收治的149例肺结核患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组75例,对照组74例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预,随访追踪比较两组患者临床效果、医护依从性和对护理服务满意度。结果观察组患者临床有效率为90.67%,而对照组患者仅为68.92%(χ~2=10.956,P=0.001)。观察组依从性为93.33%,明显高于对照组的72.97%(χ~2=11.058,P=0.001)。两组患者对护理服务工作满意度分别为96.00%、81.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.202,P=0.004)。结论实施综合护理干预对提高肺结核患者临床疗效、医护依从性和对护理服务满意度有着非常重要的现实意义。

Objective To study the clinical effect of general nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 149 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with 75 cases used the general nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing,while the control group with 74 case used the routine nursing,and the clinical effect,medical compliance and satisfactory degree to nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 90.67%and 68.92%,(χ2=10.956,P=0.001),and the compliance in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(93.33%vs 72.97%),(χ2=11.058,P=0.001),and the satisfactory degree to nursing services in the two groups was respectively 96.00%and 81.08%,and the difference was obvious(χ2=8.202,P=0.004).Conclusion The implementation of general nursing intervention is of very important realistic significance to improving the clinical curative effect,medical compliance and satisfactory degree to nursing services of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
