负压封闭引流术是一种处理复杂创面和用于深部引流的方法 ,广泛应用于临床各科室医疗工作中。在应用该项技术的同时,对于负压值的选择一直存在争议。究竟多少负压值是最适宜创面治疗的,目前尚无定论。该文将对应用负压封闭引流时负压值选择的相关研究进展进行综述,在进行进展研究之后,个人建议使用更小的负压值进行治疗,降低患者疼痛感,有助于争取患者的配合,从而取得最佳的治疗效果。

The vacuum sealing drainage is a method of treating the complex wound surface and deep drainage,widely used in the medical work in each department,the selection of negative pressure values in vacuum sealing drainage is controversial,and how many negative pressure values are suitable for treatment is currently unclear.The paper elaborates the application of selection of negative pressure values in vacuum sealing drainage,and my personal suggestion is to use the smaller negative pressure value for treatment after the study to reduce the pains and strive for the cooperation of patients thus obtaining the best treatment effect.
