Research Progress of Kangaroo Care in the NICU Premature Infants

通过查阅近几年国内外NICU早产儿应用袋鼠式护理的文献,以及近几年的调查结果显示,NICU早产儿实施袋鼠式护理对临床很有护理价值。该文出于对袋鼠式护理在NICU早产儿中的应用效果进行探讨的目的,从KMC的实施、KMC对早产儿生理指标的影响、KMC促进产妇乳汁分泌及提高首次母乳喂养率的影响等几方面进行了综述,根据研究不足提出相应建议,以期为我国NICU早产儿应用袋鼠式护理的实践提供指导和帮助。

The paper shows that the nursing value of kangaroo care in the NICU premature infants is great by reviewing the literatures at home and abroad and investigation results in recent years.In order to study the application effect of kangaroo care in the NICU premature infants,the paper elaborates the implementation of KMC,effect of KMC on the physical indicators of premature infants,promoting the lactescence of delivery women by KMC,and improving the effect of first breast-feeding rate,and puts forwards the corresponding suggestions,to provide guidance and help for the practice of kangaroo care in the NICU premature infants in our country.
