探讨锁定钢板内固定联合抗骨质疏松治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的效果

Study on Effect of Internal Fixation with Locking Plate Combined with Anti-osteoporosis in Treatment of Senile Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的观察锁定钢板内固定联合抗骨质疏松治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的效果。方法将该院2015年1月—2016年10月期间收治的82岁高龄肱骨近端患者分别给予锁定钢板内固定治疗,以及锁定钢板内固定联合抗骨质疏松治疗,观察两组患者术后至出院前各项指标情况。结果观察组患者术后至出院前各项指标情况与参考组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与参考组L2~4椎体骨密度分别为(0.83±0.021)g/cm2、(0.63±0.05)g/cm2(P<0.05),两组患者肩关节功能恢复良好率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定术配合抗骨质疏松治疗老年肱骨近端骨折能够促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To observe the effect of internal fixation with locking plate combined with anti-osteoporosis in treatment of senile proximal humeral fractures.Methods 82 cases of senile proximal humerus patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and treated with locking plate internal fixation,and locking plate internal fixation combined with anti-osteoporosis,and various indicators of the two groups after surgery and before discharge were observed.Results There were obvious differences in various indicators after surgery and before discharge in the observation group,the difference was statistically signifficant(P<0.05),and the L2-4 BMD in the observation group and in the control group was respectively(0.83±0.021)g/cm2,(0.63±0.05)g/cm2(P<0.05),and the difference in the recovery good rate of shoulder joint function of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The locking plate combined with anti-osteoporosis in treatment of senile proximal humeral fractures can promote the rapid recovery of patients.
