探讨优化护理分组管理模式在急诊护理管理的应用效果

Study on Application Effect of Optimizing the Nursing Grouping Management Model in the Emergency of Nursing Management

目的探讨优化护理分组管理模式在急诊护理管理的应用效果。方法选取该院急诊科(2015年1月)25名从事抢救工作的护理人员组建优化护理分组管理模式,于2016年1月开始实施,实施前和实施后分别调查了80例患者,对比(2013年12月—2015年12月)实施优化护理分组管理模式前与(2016年1月—2017年1月)实施优化护理分组管理模式后护理整体素质、护理技术、护理质量的满意度以及药物应用时间、静脉通道建立时间、总抢救时间。结果实施优化护理分组管理模式后护理整体素质、护理技术、护理质量的满意度分别为93.75%、98.75%、96.25%,明显高于实施前80.00%、85.00%、87.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=19.005 0、18.510 9、18.343 4,P<0.05);实施优化护理分组管理模式后药物应用时间、静脉通道建立时间、总抢救时间明显短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=6.782 1、9.688 0、20.402 9,P<0.05)。结论优化护理分组管理模式可显著提高急诊病例抢救时效性,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of optimizing the nursing grouping management model in the emergency of nursing management.Methods 25 cases of nursing staff engaged in emergency work in our hospital(January 2015),and the nursing grouping management model was constructed and optimized,80 cases were investigated before and after implementation(January 2016),and the nursing holistic quality,nursing technology,satisfactory degree of nursing quality,drug application time,establishment time of intravenous passage and total recue time before the implementation(December 2013 to December 2015)and after the implementation(January 2016 to January 2017)were compared.Results The nursing holistic quality,nursing technology,and satisfactory degree of nursing quality after the implementation were obviously higher than those before the implementation(93.75%,98.75%,96.25%vs 80.00%,85.00%,87.50%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=19.005 0,18.510 9,18.343 4,P<0.05),and the drug application time,establishment time of intravenous passage,and total rescue time were obviously shorter than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.782 1,9.688 0,20.402 9,P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization of nursing grouping management model can obviously improve the emergency timelineness and the satisfactory degree of patients is high,and it is worth clinical promotion.
