胃癌中RhoC、VEGF-C和c-Myc表达的相关性研究及临床意义

摘要 目的应用免疫组化法检测胃癌组织中RhoC、VEGF-C和c-Myc的表达,观察它们之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测通辽市医院自2010年9月—2017年6月收集的58例胃癌标本中RhoC、VEGF-C和c-Myc的表达情况。应用SPSS 19.0统计学软件分析RhoC、VEGF-C和c-Myc与胃癌临床病理的关系及三者之间的相关性。结果随着胃癌浸润的加深、分化程度降低、淋巴结转移的发生,RhoC阳性表达率依次为34.21%和80.00%、41.30%和83.33%、82.35%和36.59%;VEGF-C阳性表达率依次为55.26%和85.00%、58.70%和91.67%、88.24%和56.10%;c-Myc阳性表达率依次为63.16%和90.00%、65.22%和100.00%、94.12%和63.41%,均逐渐增高;三者在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论 RhoC、VEGF-C和c-Myc在胃癌发展过程中具有协同作用。 Objective This paper tries to test RhoC,VEGF-C and c-Myc in gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry and to observe the correlation between each other.Methods 58 cases of gastric cancer tissue collected by this hospital from September 2010 to June 2017 by immunohistochemistry and RhoC,VEGF-C and c-Myc were tested,and the relationship between RhoC,VEGF-C and c-Myc and the clinicopathology of gastric cancer were analyzed and the correlation between each other using by SPSS19.0 statistics software was observed.Results With the deepening of the cancer tissue infiltration depth,the decrease of differentiation dgree and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rate of RhoC was 34.21%and 80.00%,41.30%and 83.33%,82.35%and 36.59%,the positive expression rate of VEGF-C was 55.26%and 85.00%,58.70%and 91.67%,88.24%and 56.10%and the positive expression rate of c-Myc was 63.16%and 90.00%,65.22%and 100.00%,94.12%and 63.41%,all gradually increased.The above three aspects in gastric cancer was positively correlated.Conclusion RhoC,VEGF-C and c-Myc play a synergistric role in the development of gastric cancer.
