阿司匹林和氢氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床效果

The Effect of Aspirin and Hydroclopidogrel on Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析研究阿司匹林联合氢氯吡格雷在治疗冠心病中的临床作用。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月来该院接受诊治的100例冠心病患者,利用随机数字表法,将入院的冠心病患者均分为2组,观察组50例,在常规阿司匹林治疗的基础上给予氢氯吡格雷;对照组50例,采用曲美他嗪进行治疗。记录两组冠心病患者的治疗总有效率、血小板聚集率及凝血酶时间。结果在接受治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率(96.00%)显著高于对照组(82.00%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的血小板聚集率(0.31±0.04)显著低于对照组(0.45±0.13)(P<0.05);观察组的凝血酶时间(1.07±0.36)s明显比对照组长(2.36±0.45)s(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病患者阿司匹林联合氢氯吡格雷的治疗方案,能显著提升患者治疗的总有效率,有效降低血小板的聚集率,延长活化部分凝血酶时间,有利于患者的身体恢复,具有较明显的临床作用,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with chloropidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 cases of coronary heart disease treated in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected and equally divided into two groups by the random number table method.50 cases in the observation group were given clopidogrel based on conventional aspirin therapy;50 cases in the control group were treated with trimetazidine.The total effective rate,platelet aggregation rate and thrombin time were recorded in two groups of patients with coronary heart disease.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the patients in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05);the platelet aggregation rate in the observation group(0.31±0.04)was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.45±0.13)(P<0.05).The thrombin time in the observation group(1.07±0.36)s was significantly longer than that in the control group(2.36±0.45)s(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel in patients with coronary heart disease treatment program can significantly improve the patient’s total effective treatment,effectively reduce the rate of platelet aggregation,prolonged activation of thrombin time is conducive to the recovery of the patients,with a more obvious clinical effect,so it is worth promoting.
