针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床探讨

Clinical Study on Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的分析探讨使用针灸对腰椎间盘突出症进行治疗的临床治疗效果。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月收治的180例患腰椎间盘突出症的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例患者,对照组患者接受常规的胸廓-盆骨对抗牵引治疗,观察组患者接受中医针灸治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛缓解情况以及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为91.1%(82/90),显著高于对照组患者的74.4%(67/90),且数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸对腰椎间盘突出的临床治疗效果较好,镇痛效果显著,安全性高,具有临床推广效果。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 180 patients with lumbar disc herniation from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 patients in each group,patients in the control group were treated with routine thoracic pelvic bone antagonistic traction treatment;and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,and the clinical treatment effect,pain relief and adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.1%(82/90)in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 74.4%(67/90),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the analgesic effect is remarkable,the safety is high,and it has the clinical application effect.
