调经助孕胶囊治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Tiaojing Zhuyun Capsule in the Treatment of Anovulatory Infertility

目的观察调经助孕胶囊对肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者卵巢储备功能的影响。方法选择2015年7月—2016年12月在山西省中医院妇科就诊100例肾虚型排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组50例,治疗组予调经助孕胶囊,对照组予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊,连续用药3个月经周期。观察两组患者1年内妊娠率,治疗前后血清基础性激素及抑制素B(Inhibin-B)水平,月经第3天卵巢窦卵泡的数目。结果治疗组1年内的妊娠率(58%)明显高于对照组(36%)(P<0.05)。治疗组患者血清Inhibin-B水平(149.11±33.12)pg/mL、窦卵泡的数目(10.39±2.32)较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论调经助孕胶囊可改善肾虚型排卵障碍型不孕患者卵巢储备功能,提高妊娠率。

Objective This paper tries to observe the effect of Tiaojing Zhuyun Capsule on kidney deficiency infertility in patients with ovarian reserve function.Methods 100 cases of anovulatory infertility patients with kidney deficiency from July 2015 to December 2016 in this hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule,control group was treated with Clomifene Citrate Capsules,3 menstrual cycles were used continuously.The pregnancy rate in one year was observed in the two groups.Serum basal sex hormone and inhibin B levels before and after treatment,the number of ovarian antral vesicles on the third day of menstruation were observed.Results The pregnancy rate of the treatment group within one year(58%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(36%)(P<0.05).The serum levels of Inhibin-B(149.11±33.12)pg/mL and the number of antral vesicles(10.39±2.32)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaojing Zhuyun capsule can improve the ovarian reserve of patients with kidney deficiency anovulatory infertility and improve the pregnancy rate.
