研究利妥昔单抗(RTX)治疗特发性膜性肾病(IMN)的有效性分析。对于IMN的治疗,RTX提供了一种有希望的替代传统免疫抑制剂的方案,但何时使用RTX、如何使用RTX及使用RTX有效性监测仍需大量RCT研究提供询证依据。

This paper tries to retrospectively investigate the availability of rituximab(RTX)therapy for idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN).Rituximab may provide a promising alternative to the regimen of traditional immunosuppression for IMN.However,the need of evidence-based study provided a large number of RCT researches is essential on when to use rituximab,how to use rituximab and the effectiveness monitoring of RCT.
