五苓逐瘀汤治疗脑出血急性期的临床效果研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage with Wuling Zhuyu Decoction

目的探索五苓逐瘀汤治疗脑出血急性期的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月期间该院收治的100例脑出血急性期患者,将其抽签化分组,两组各有50例,对照组和观察组分别采用甘露醇联合纳洛酮治疗和五苓逐瘀汤治疗。结果观察组患者的中医证候评(8.33±1.47)分、NIHSS评分(5.27±1.38)分、血肿体积(2.41±1.02)m L、血肿周围水肿体积(7.85±1.55)m L、总有效率(98.00%)、不良事件发生率(2.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血急性期患者实施五苓逐瘀汤治疗效果显著。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of Wuling Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to this hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with mannitol Naloxone treatment and Wuling Zhuyu decoction treatment.Results The score of TCM syndrome was(8.33±1.47)points,NIHSS score was(5.27±1.38)points,hematoma volume was(2.41±1.02)mL,edema volume around hematoma was(7.85±1.55)mL,total effective rate was 98.00%and the incidence of adverse events was 2.00%,better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling Zhuyu decoction is effective in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
