柴胡注射液配合奥司他韦治疗流感样症状的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Bupleurum Injection Combined with Oseltamivir in the Treatment of Influenza Symptoms

目的观察柴胡注射液配合奥司他韦治疗流感样症状的临床疗效。方法将2016年12月—2017年1月章丘医院符合纳入标准的流感样症状患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组实施柴胡注射液穴位注射配合口服配合奥司他韦,对照组常规口服奥司他韦治疗。5 d为1个疗程,治疗2疗程,比较两组的临床疗效和症状缓解时间。结果两组总有效率分别为86.67%和83.33%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.32,P=1.04)。治疗组发热、头痛、咳嗽、鼻塞、扁桃体肿大缓解时间分别为(1.12±0.53)d、(1.89±0.78)d、(2.21±0.73)d、(3.32±1.26)d、(2.01±1.13)d;对照组发热、头痛、咳嗽、鼻塞、扁桃体肿大缓解时间分别为(1.91±0.46)d、(2.36±1.91)d、(3.82±0.92)d、(3.78±1.57)d、(3.83±1.89)d;其中,发热、头痛、咳嗽、扁桃体肿大等症状缓解时间比较(P<0.05),鼻塞症状缓解时间比较(P>0.05)。结论柴胡注射液配合奥司他韦治疗流感样症状与单纯服用奥司他韦临床疗效没有显著差异,但柴胡注射液配合奥司他韦可显著缩短发热、头痛、咳嗽等主要流感样症状的缓解时间。

Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effect of bupleurum injection combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza symptoms.Methods 120 cases of influenza like symptoms in Zhangqiu Hospital during December 1st,2016 to January 20th,2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).Patients of the treatment group were treated with acupoint injection of bupleurum injection combined with oral oseltamivir,the control group received conventional oral oseltamivir treatment.Five days was taken as one course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the alleviative time of main clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 86.67%and 83.33%.And there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(χ2=0.32,P=1.04).The remission time of headache,fever cough,nasal congestion,tonsil enlargement of the treatment group were(1.12±0.53)days,(1.89±0.78)days,(2.21±0.73)days,(3.32±1.26)days,(2.01±1.13)days,the control group were(1.91±0.46)days,(2.36±1.91)days,(3.82±0.92)days,(3.78±1.57)days,(3.83±1.89)days.The remission time of fever,headache,cough and tonsil swelling in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)and the remission time of nasal congestion hasno was not(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of bupleurum injection combined with oseltamivir in treatment of influenza symptoms and simply oseltamivir have no significant difference,but bupleurum injection combined with oseltamivir can significantly shorten the alleviative time of headache,fever,cough and other influenza like symptoms.
