二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗45例2型糖尿病伴高血脂的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Metformin Combined with Acarbose on 45 Cases of Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的观察二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗45例2型糖尿病伴高血脂的临床治疗疗效。方法选取该院2016年1—12月间收治的2型糖尿病伴高血脂患者90例,随机分对照组45例和观察组45例。对照组患者给予阿卡波糖片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用二甲双胍片。记录并统计两组患者治前治后的血糖水平和血脂水平,以及治疗期间的不良反应,行对比分析。结果经3个月治疗,观察组总有效率(95.56%)明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组血糖水平2 h PG(10.88±1.79)mmol/L、FPG(6.74±0.76)mmol/L、Hb Alc(6.75±1.29)%与血脂水平TC(4.87±0.59)mmol/L、TG(1.58±0.76)mmol/L、HDL-CL(1.29±0.43)mmol/L、DL-C(3.37±0.73)mmol/L均优于对照组,不良反应发生率为4.44%与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病伴高血脂,不仅可以有效提高临床治疗有效率,同时可以改善患者血糖水平和血脂水平,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床广为推广。

Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of 45 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted in this hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with acarbose,and the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.The statistics of the two groups of patients before treatment of blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),in the observation group,the 2hPG blood glucose levels after treatment was(10.88±1.79)mmol/L,FPG was(6.74±0.76)mmol/L,HbAlc was(6.75±1.29)%and the level of serum lipid TC was(4.87±0.59)mmol/L,TG was(1.58±0.76)mmol/L,HDL-CL was(1.29±0.43)mmol/L,DL-C was(3.37±0.73)mmol/L,better than the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 4.44%,not significantly different from the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of metformin and acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia not only can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,but also can improve blood glucose level and blood lipid level of patients,with less adverse reaction,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
