步长稳心颗粒治疗老年窦性心律失常的临床护理探讨

Clinical Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Sinus Arrhythmia Treated with Wenxin Granule

目的探析老年窦性心律失常患者采取步长稳心颗粒治疗联合临床护理的效果。方法将2015年4月—2017年4月该院接收的老年窦性心律失常患者78例纳为参研的样本,随机均分成参照组(常规护理)39例与实验组(针对性护理)39例,比较两组疗效及遵医行为。结果实验组治疗后总疗效97.4%大于参照组76.9%,遵医行为各项指标评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒用于治疗老年窦性心律失常过程中采取针对性护理有利于巩固药物疗效,提高患者遵医行为。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical nursing effect of elderly patients with sinus arrhythmia combined with Wenxin granules.Methods 78 cases of the elderly sinus arrhythmia patients from April 2015 to April 2017 in this hospital were selected as the research samples,and were randomly divided into the control group(taking routine nursing)with 39 cases and the experimental group(taking targetted nursing)with 39 cases,curative effect and compliance of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total efficacy of the experimental group was 97.4%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.9%),and the score of the compliance behavior of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule for the treatment of senile sinus arrhythmia in the process of targeted nursing is conducive to consolidate the efficacy of drugs and to improve patient compliance behavior.
