摘要
目的研究在临床检查高血压肾损害中应用尿微量蛋白联合检验的临床效果以及应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院自2014年7月—2017年7月期间收治的65例高血压肾损害患者所有临床资料,依据高血压疾病不同分为3种,包括20例I级高血压患者、32例II级高血压患者、13例III级高血压患者,对所有患者均实行尿微量蛋白联合检验,分析高血压肾损害患者经联合检验的检出率以及尿微量白蛋白、尿B2微球蛋白的水平。结果经尿微量白蛋白与尿β2微球蛋白联合检查该院研究的65例高血压肾损害患者之后发现I级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白(12.35±2.32)mg/L、尿B2微球蛋白(0.58±0.02)mg/L;II级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白(17.23±1.24)mg/L、尿β2微球蛋白(0.79±0.11)mg/L;III级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白(22.15±3.21)mg/L、尿β2微球蛋白(0.88±0.21)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在尿微量蛋白联合检验高血压肾损害患者中诊断检出率显示为92.30%。结论将尿微量白蛋白与尿β2微球蛋白联合检查应用于高血压肾损害中效果显著,能够显著提升检测阳性率,对于后期治疗高血压肾损害疾病具有重要意义。
Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect and application value of microalbuminuria combined test in clinical examination of hypertensive kidney lesion.Methods All the clinical data of 65 patients with hypertensive kidney lesion admitted from July 2014 to July 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different types of hypertension,they were divided into three groups:20 patients with grade I hypertension,32 patients with grade II hypertension and 13 patients with grade III hypertension.All patients were treated with microalbuminuria combined test,the detection rate of urinary microalbumin and urinaryβ2 microspheres protein level were analyzed.Results Urine microalbumin and urinaryβ2 microglobulin were used,the urinary microalbumin was(12.35±2.32)mg/L in urine of grade I hypertensive patients among the 65 patients with hypertensive kidney lesion.Protein(0.58±0.02)mg/L;urinary microalbumin(17.23±1.24)mg/L,urinaryβ2 microglobulin was(0.79±0.11)mg/L in grade II hypertensive patients;the urinary microbes protein was(22.15±3.21)mg/L,urinaryβ2 microglobulin was(0.88±0.21)mg/L,so it had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The detection rate of diagnosis in patients with hypertensive renal failure was 92.30%.Conclusion The combination of urinary microalbumin and urinary B2 microglobulin in the treatment of hypertensive kidney lesion is significant,which can significantly improve the positive rate of detection and is of great significance in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.
