浅析螺旋CT双期增强扫描及后处理技术在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结分析甲状腺良恶性结节应用螺旋CT双期增强扫描以及后处理技术对应的诊断价值。方法选取该院2015年3月—2017年6月通过病理确诊的60例甲状腺良恶性结节患者为研究对象,所有患者采用螺旋CT双期增强扫描并借助于后处理技术完成数据资料分析,回顾分析诊断的相关资料。结果螺旋CT双期增强扫描结果和病理诊断结果具有一致性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在平扫CT值、动脉期CT值以及静脉期CT值方面,正常组分别为(93.29±15.63)、(155.34±19.28)、(139.49±16.83)和恶性病灶分别为(55.35±17.15)、(108.05±25.28)、(101.75±20.53);良性病灶分别为(55.16±18.79)、(104.85±29.51)、(106.25±24.76),与正常组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是恶性病灶和良性病灶之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过后处理技术实现了对病灶良性和恶性的鉴别。结论在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中,螺旋CT双期增强扫描能够有效对甲状腺异常情况做出判断,通过后处理技术实现对良性和恶性病灶的区分,两者的联合有助于对甲状腺良恶性结节做出诊断。 Objective This paper tries to summarize and analyze the diagnostic value of dual phase enhanced spiral CT and postprocessing techniques in the analysis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods 60 cases of benign and malignant thyroid nodules diagnosed by pathology from March 2015 to June 2017 in this hospital were selected as the subjects,all patients were treated with dual phase helical CT postprocessing technique and with which the data were analyzed,and the related diagnosis material was analyzed.Results Dual phase helical CT findings and pathological diagnosis results were consistent,with no obvious difference,without statistical significance(P>0.05);and the flat CT value,arterial CT value and venous phase CT in the normal group respectively were(93.29±15.63),(155.34±19.28),(139.49±16.83)and malignant lesions were(55.35±17.15),(108.05±25.28),(101.75±20.53)and benign lesions were(55.16±18.79),(104.85±29.51),(106.25±24.76),compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but malignant lesions and benign lesions was not obvious different,without statistical significance(P>0.05).Identification of benign and malignant lesions was achieved by postprocessing techniques.Conclusion In the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,dual phase helical CT can effectively judge the thyroid abnormality by postprocessing technique and distinguish between benign and malignant lesions,and the combination of both contribute to the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
