腹部彩超和经阴道彩超用于诊断异位妊娠的临床价值探析

Clinical Value of Abdominal Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound for Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的腹部彩超与经阴道彩超应用于异位妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年8月收治于该院的132例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,所有患者均经手术病理结果确诊为异位妊娠,根据术前彩超诊断方法分成腹部彩超组(66例)与阴道彩超组(66例),比较两组的诊断准确率。结果阴道超声组的诊断准确率为98.48%,显著高于腹部超声组的诊断准确率84.85%。此外阴道超声组对于胚芽组织、盆腔积液、附件包块以及假孕囊、卵黄囊的检出率分别为31.82%、92.42%、95.45%、13.64%、54.55%也均显著优于腹部超声组的15.15%、62.12%、72.73%、4.55%、31.82%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩超对于异位妊娠的诊断准确率较高,可作为异位妊娠的首选超声诊断方式,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.Methods 132 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients from January 2015 to August 2017 in this hospital were selected as the research objects,all patients were pathologically diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,according to the method of ultrasound diagnosis before operation,they were divided into abdominal ultrasound group(66 cases)and transvaginal ultrasound group(66 cases),the diagnostic accuracy was compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was 98.48%,significantly higher than that of the diagnosis accuracy rate of 84.85%in the abdominal ultrasound group.The vaginal ultrasound group of germs organization,pelvic cavity accumulates fluid,accessory bag piece,and false pregnant bursa,yolk sac detection rate were 31.82%,92.42%,95.45%,13.64%,54.55%;significantly better than abdominal ultrasound group of 15.15%,62.12%,72.73%,4.55%,31.82%,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has high accuracy,which can be used as the preferred way of ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,so it is worthy of promotion.
