摘要
目的分析探讨手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术运用中的有效性。方法选取于2015年12月—2017年2月该院收治的手术患者96例,并将其随机分成2组,每组48例。其中对照组患者采用常规方式进行护理,而观察组患者则在常规手术护理的基础上采用更为严格的手术室护理配合,对比两组护理效果。结果两组患者术前呼吸频率、心跳频率与血压差异较小,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后对照组各项体征指标较术前变化显著,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(2.08%)低于对照组(22.91%),手术成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(95.83%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.9%)高于对照组(93.7%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量与手术时间均小于对照组两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严格的手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的运用具有较强的临床效果,值得在今后的治疗过程中推广。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effectiveness of operation room care in the application of total hip arthroplasty.Methods 96 patients from December 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated in a conventional manner,while the patients in the observation group were treated with more stringent operating room care on the basis of routine surgical care.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative respiratory rate,heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative signs of the control group were significantly different from those before the operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.08%)was lower than that in the control group of(22.91%),and the success rate was 100.00%,higher than that in the control group of(95.83%),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 97.9%in the observation group,higher than that in the control group of 93.7%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strict operation room with total hip arthroplasty in the use of surgery has a strong clinical effect,it is worth promoting in the future treatment process.
