精神分裂症患者护理研究进展

精神分裂症是以思维、知觉、情感、行为等多方面障碍的常见精神疾病,以精神活动脱离现实,与周围环境不协调为主要特征,病程多迁延,复发率高,治疗难度大,很多患者不能很好的配合治疗,导致患者精神活动衰退和社会功能缺损,影响其生活质量。因为,对精神分裂症患者在严格配合医生药物治疗外,还需要精心照护,给予心理护理、安全护理、病情观察及健康宣教等有效的护理措施,是患者病情恢复过程中的重要环节。该文对精神分裂症患者康复护理研究进展进行综合叙述。

Schizophrenia is a common mental illness with many obstacles such as thought,perception,emotion and behavior.It is characterized by mental activity being out of touch with the surrounding environment,prolonged course of disease,high recurrence rate,difficulty in treatment,and many patients not well with the treatment,leading to mental decline in patients and social dysfunction,affecting their quality of life.Patients with schizophrenia not only need strict compliance with the medical treatment of doctors,but also need careful care,by giving psychological care,safety nursing,observation and health education and effective health care and other effective measures of care is an important part of the patient’s recovery process.This article describes the progress of research on rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia.
