摘要
目的分析鼾症及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的危险因素。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月期间该院收治的132例因睡眠打鼾就诊的患者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查及主观评分方式,统计患者的年龄、肥胖情况、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分等指标,分析上述指标与鼾症及OSAHS的发病及严重程度的相关性。结果年龄因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为-0.195,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BMI指数因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为0.396,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ESS评分因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为0.287,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);最低Sa O2因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为-0.297,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);平均Sa O2因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为-0.387,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);最大减氧量因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为0.374,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);呼吸总暂停时间因素与RDI指标数据相关系数为0.798,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 OSAHS患者的病情指标与BMI、ESS评分、最低Sa O2等具有一定的相关性,临床可作为OSAHS的初步判断指标。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the snoring and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and other risk factors.Methods 132 cases from January 2016 to January 2017 in this hospital were selected as the research object,using the questionnaire survey and subjective score statistics,the patient’s age,obesity,Epworth sleepiness scale(ESS)score index,correlation analysis between the above indexes and the incidence of snoring and OSAHS and the severity of the data was carried out.Results The correlation coefficient index of the age and RDI was-0.195,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);BMI index and RDI index was 0.396,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);ESS score and RDI index factors was 0.287,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the lowest SaO2 factors and RDI index was-0.297,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the average data SaO2 factors and RDI index was-0.387,andThe difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the maximum oxygen reduction factors and RDI index data was 0.374 The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the total respiratory pause time factors correlated with RDI index was 0.798,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion OSAHS patients with the disease index and BMI,ESS score,minimum SaO2 and so on have certain relevance,which can be used as a preliminary judgment index of OSAHS.
