案例分析法在老年医院低年资护士培训中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索提高老年医院低年资护士培训效果的方法。方法选择2013年2月—2016年6月之间老年医院低年资护士172名,按照随机数字的方法分为对照组与观察组,每个组均有86名护士,对照组护士采用传统培训法进行教学,观察组护士采用案例分析法进行教学,对效果进行对比。结果观察组护士在教学效果问卷7个维度的得分均高于对照组[(3.05±1.08)分vs(4.79±0.46)分,(3.00±1.01)分vs(4.78±0.47)分,(3.28±1.03)分vs(4.73±0.50)分,(3.15±0.94)分vs(4.65±0.53)分,(3.12±1.07)分vs(4.74±0.44)分,(2.94±0.99)分vs(4.73±0.50)分,(2.94±1.15)分vs(4.70±0.51)分],数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用案例分析法对医院内低年资护士进行老年护理方面的培训,可以取得良好的效果,值得在临床范围内进行推广。 Objective This paper tries to explore the ways to improve the effectiveness of nurses in elderly hospitals.Methods A total of 172 low seniority nurses were selected from February 2013 to June 2016 and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method.Each group had 86 nurses.The nurses in the control group used traditional training methods.The nurses in the observation group used case analysis method and the effects were compared.Results The score of the nurses of the seven aspectes in the observation group in the questionnaire was higher than that in the control group[(3.05±1.08)points vs(4.79±0.46)points,(3.00±1.01)points vs(4.78±0.47)points,(3.28±1.03)points vs(4.73±0.50)points,(3.15±0.94)points vs(4.65±0.53)points,(3.12±1.07)points vs(4.74±0.44)points,(2.94±0.99)points vs(4.73±0.50)points,(2.94±1.15)points vs(4.70±0.51)points].The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case-based analysis of the hospital for low-grade nurses for the elderly care training,can achieve good results,and it is worth promotion in the clinical context.
