灌云县2010—2014年肺结核流行特征分析

Analysis of Epidemic Features of Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Guanyun from 2010 to 2014

目的掌握灌云县肺结核流行特征,为控制肺结核提供科学依据。方法 2010年1月—2014年12月发病的2 677例病例资料来源于结核病管理信息系统,人口资料来源于灌云县统计局,采用描述性流行病学进行统计学相关分析。结果 2010—2014年年均发病率为52.31/10万,最高为2010年的55.66/10万。男性发病率高于女性(χ~2=688.827,P<0.01),农民(民工)多发,占82.07%。每月均有病例发生,7、8、9月发病较多,分别占10.09%、12.40%和10.57%。农村与城镇地区分布差异无统计学意义(χ~2=2.499,P=0.114)。结论做好"五加强"(加强健康教育、加强密切接触者筛果、加强学校结核病管理、加强流动人口结核病管、加强耐药结核病监测)是当前预防和控制结核病疫情关键所在。

Objective To master the epidemic features of pulmonary tuberculosis in Guanyun and provide scientific basis for controlling the pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 2 677 cases data from January 2010 to December 2014 came from the tuberculosis management information system,and the demographic data came from Guanyun statistical bureau,and the statistic related analysis was performed by the descriptive epidemiology.Results The average onset rate from 2010 to 2014 was 523.1/100 thousand,reaching the highest in 2010(556.6/100 thousand),and the male onset rate was higher than that in female onset rate(χ2=688.827,P<0.01),mostly in farmers(82.07%),each month there were cases,mostly seen in July,August and September,respectively 10.09%,12.40%,10.57%and there was no difference in rural and urban regions,(χ2=2.499,P=0.114).Conclusion Doing well in“five enhancement”---enhancing health education,being closely exposed,tuberculosis management of schools,management of floating population and drug-resistant tuberculosis monitoring,is the key to preventing and controlling the epidemic situation of tuberculosis at present.
