摘要
目的该研究在妇产科临床教学中引进临床路径式教学法,旨在探讨和分析临床路径式教学法在妇产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6—12月在该院妇产科进行实习的66名本科生,将他们随机分为两组,一组为实验组,采用临床路径式教学法;另一组为对照组,采用传统的教学方法进行教学,每组33名同学。两组同学在教学结束后,对比两组实习生的成绩,成绩包括理论成绩和操作成绩,并且通过问卷调查的方法评估教学效果及满意度。结果对照组实习生的理论成绩为(79.1±6.3)分,实验组实习生的理论成绩为(88.6±3.5)分,比较两组实习生的理论成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生的实践操作成绩为(90.0±3.4)分,明显高于对照组实习生(79.8±6.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生的多项素质显著高于对照组实习生。结论妇产科临床教学中引进临床路径教学法,能明显提高实习生的多项素质,是一种有利于妇产科临床教学的教学方法,值得推广到妇产教学中。
Objective To research the application effect of clinical path teaching in the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 66 cases of undergraduate interns in our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group adopted the clinical path teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional method,each group had 33 students,and the theoretic score and operation score of the two groups were compared between the two groups at the end,and the teaching effect and satisfactory degree of the two groups was surveyed by the questionnaire.Results The difference in the theoretic score between the control group and the experimental group was obvious[(79.1±6.3)points vs(88.6±3.5)points](P<0.05),and the practice operational score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,[(90.0±3.4)points vs(79.8±6.5)points],and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),and the multiple qualities in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The clinical path teaching in the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology and obstetrics can obviously improve the qualities,and it is a method that is conducive to the clinical teaching in the department of gynecology and obstetrics,and it is worth promotion in the teaching in the department of gynecology and obstetrics.
